Andrea Richards is a Certified Physician Assistant and is board certified by the North Carolina Medical Board. She received her undergraduate degree in Health and Human Science from Loyola Marymount University in 2015. She went on to earn her Physician Assistant of Health Sciences degree from Western University in 2019 and completed her clinical rotations at various sites in Los Angeles, California.
Andrea joined Family Medical Associates in May 2023 and for the past 4 years she previously worked in urgent care. She is fluent in Spanish and is particularly interested in sports medicine, acute illness, urgent care issues, and chronic disease.
Andrea is originally from Southern California, but has been enjoying living in North Carolina since 2019. On her off time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports like soccer and basketball, and spending time outdoors.
